The 138th Canton Fair has successfully concluded in Guangzhou. Looking back on these busy and fulfilling days, our team is filled with joy and gratitude. In the second phase of this year’s Canton Fair, our two booths in the Kitchenware and Daily Necessities Hall achieved far more than expected results thanks to a series of trendsetting eco-friendly tableware products. The enthusiastic atmosphere at the event still excites us.
Upon entering the hall, our booth was the most eye-catching. Buyers and industry experts from all over the world flocked to our booth, their attention focused on our four core product lines:
· Sugarcane Pulp Tableware: Made from natural sugarcane fiber, these tablewares have a smooth texture, degrade rapidly, and perfectly embody the concept of “from nature, back to nature.”
· Cornstarch Tableware: An outstanding representative of bio-based materials, these tablewares decompose rapidly into carbon dioxide and water under composting conditions, making them an excellent alternative to traditional plastics.
• Paper Tableware: Classic yet innovative, we showcased different series ranging from minimalist to luxurious, combining waterproof and oil-resistant properties with exquisite printed designs.
• Eco-friendly Plastic Tableware: Utilizing biodegradable materials such as PLA, these retain the durability of traditional plastics while addressing their environmental legacy issues.
Why was our booth the “traffic hub”?
Through in-depth discussions with hundreds of clients, we clearly heard the market’s voice:
1. The rigid demand driven by the global “plastic ban” trend: From Europe’s SUP directive to restrictions on single-use plastic products in many countries worldwide, environmental compliance has become an “entry ticket” to international trade. Our products are designed to help clients cross this green threshold.
2. A fundamental shift in consumer preferences: End consumers, especially the younger generation, have an unprecedentedly high level of environmental awareness. Although the Canton Fair has ended, our cooperation has just begun.
